From our pasture,
your kitchen.
Whole, half, and quarter beef shares — plus our 1 lb Ground Beef and Ancestral Ground, available year-round while supplies last.
Hands-on, from pasture to plate.
Every animal we sell was born and raised by our family on our land in Missouri. No shortcuts, no surprises — just open pasture, locally-sourced feed, and daily care.
We chose this breed because — reason to confirm with the family. Final breed and rationale to come.
Our cattle spend their lives on grass, with rotational grazing across our pasture. Sun, room to run, and a clean place to lie down.
Grass-finished only, grain-finished on farm-grown corn, or a combination — confirming with the family.
We do not give our cattle growth hormones or growth implants. Final policy to confirm and publish.
Never, or only when an individual animal needs treatment for health — and never sold as our beef. Confirming with the family.
Whether feed is GMO-free, farm-grown, locally sourced, or a mix — confirming so we can speak to it plainly.
Our cattle are checked daily by family. We name some of them. We’re honest about that.
Mary’s Valley Meat Processing
All of our beef is processed at Mary’s Valley Meat Processing in Steelville, MO — a USDA-inspected facility we’ve come to know and trust. Their team handles our beef with the same care we put into raising it: dry-aged for tenderness and flavor, custom cut to each customer’s sheet, and packaged for the freezer.
USDA inspection means every animal is checked before and after harvest, every cut is traceable, and every package meets federal food-safety standards. It’s one more layer of confidence between our pasture and your plate.
